Important Information – Cancellation Policy
As a small-scale holiday park, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on us. For that reason, we maintain a slightly stricter cancellation policy than larger accommodations. We appreciate your understanding.

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
No explanation is required, though we always welcome hearing your reason. -
Bookings made within 60 days of arrival may still be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of booking.

Full payment for your stay is due 2 months before arrival. An invoice will be sent at that time.

If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund.

If you cancel or modify your booking 30 days or less before arrival, the full amount is non-refundable.
We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance for peace of mind.
Check in from 3 pm/ 8 pm,
Luggage can always be brought earlier and collected later.
