Hidden in a lush garden, our eight fully equipped apartments offer a relaxed and independent stay. Five of the apartments have their own kitchen and private outdoor space, giving you the freedom to enjoy your holiday at your own pace. The tropical cabins (Pelican and Flamingo) share a kitchen.

Our small pool, surrounded by palm trees and tropical plants, is the heart of the property, a place to cool down, unwind, and do nothing for a while.

De Octopus is a Nature Retreat. It is not luxurious. Instead, you’ll find a quiet, green environment with everything you need and where you can truly slow down and reconnect.

Breakfast is available daily for just $17,50 / €15 per person. Please let us know if you’d like to enjoy it. Need transportation? We offer airport transfers for $25 / €20 per ride. Free WiFi and a parking space are included with your stay.

Car rental

To fully explore all that Curaçao has to offer, we recommend renting a car.
While you can rent one directly at the airport, we also offer reliable and often more affordable rental cars.

Facilities

Garden
Our garden is our pride and perhaps our most special feature. Over the past three years, it has grown into a lush, green oasis full of plants, flowers, palms, and other trees. With each season, the garden becomes fuller and shadier, creating more and more life. Birds visit regularly, and colorful butterflies and hummingbirds flutter from flower to flower. It is a place where nature and tranquility come together, and where you can discover something beautiful at any time of the day. 
Swimming Pool
In the middle of the garden lies our small six-meter-long swimming pool, surrounded by greenery. It is the perfect place to cool off on a warm day, sit quietly at the edge, or relax on a sunbed. In the evening, it is especially delightful when the garden and pool are romantically lit: with a drink in hand, surrounded by the calm of the garden and the gentle rustling of palm trees. 
Beach
Octopus Tropical Oasis is located just 50 meters from the sea. There is no direct access to the water, but the nearest beach is about a five-minute walk away. It is small and simple, but precisely because of that, it is often wonderfully quiet. The water is clear, and snorkeling is beautiful.

Free and secure parking is available in our private parking area in front of the resort. 

A sustainable stay in Harmony with Nature

As an eco-accommodation, we make conscious choices. That is why we do not provide small disposable toiletries. A bottle of liquid soap is available in every bathroom and kitchen, as well as dishwashing liquid.

To keep our energy consumption low, we rely on solar power. Therefore, our accommodations do not have air conditioning, but all lodges are equipped with fans to provide natural cooling.

There is no television available, allowing you to fully enjoy the peace, nature, and the unique surroundings of Curaçao.
